Order Placed
Once you have selected your designs, please check out and complete your transaction
Order Processing
Once your order has been recieved and payment has been confirmed, we will work on your order.
Order Complete
Once your order is complete, we will message you to arrange pick-up at an agreed upon location
Returns and Exchanges
As all items are custom made to order, there are no returns or exchanges on products. So please confirm you have selected all the correction/required information when ordering.
If an error occurs with your order (i.e. incorrect design, colour, size, etc.) that was delivered to you, please contact us to resolve the discrepancy.
Order Processing and Pick-up
As we are still a small and growing business, orders may take between 1-4 weeks to complete. As orders are hand made and subject to delivery times of materials for products.
Group orders may have longer processing times depending on the size of the order being placed.
(Please remember this isn't my full time job and my work schedule may impact processing times).

When Orders are ready for Pick-up I will contact you or your Group order organizer to arrange Pick-up. At this time Pick-up is only available in Downtown Toronto and exact location can be discussed upon order completion.
I do not currently offer shipping through our website, if you are wanting to have an order shipped please contact us and ask about options available. All costs associated with shipping will be the responsibility of the individual placing the order.
